It’s the bands you are looking for in a phone. For example, here in Greece, a Xiaomi phone works like a charm, but If you take in Canada or USA, it won’t work, and if it works you may be missing features like volte, 5g, WiFi calls etc.

It depends with on the carrier. When I bought my nothing couple months back, I risked it because I didn’t know if it will work with freedom Mobile. It fianl worked.

Two years ago I attended European Film festival in Toronto. It was free entry and had new and old movies. If you search, you will find lots of European movies.
