    So… why hasn’t any state setup any kind of rapid legal response tool to challenge federal abductions that take them out of state? Something that can get a court order done before they can physically leave the state with the abductee.

    Is it a jurisdiction thing / can’t be done in a state level court?

      My point being is that it’s my understanding that places like Louisiana and Florida are basically all but preventing any court challenges and actions, and once the abductees are taken from the states they are transferred in a matter of hours.

      If someone could get a filing in and get a judge to issue a preliminary injuction to prevent the abductee from being taken across state lines and then out of their home jurisdiction away from family, friends, and known legal support then the abductors are stuck waiting for their legal case to play out.
