In the end, when dealing with Trump and Xi, it’s far better to be “the EU” negotiating with them than small Netherlands or small Ireland negotiating each for themselves.
The EU could ban its member States from profiting from or supporting a genocide. Absence of action is not neutrality. It’s support.
