This feels really conflicting. Of course I agree he is English and he should not be on the receiving end of racism, nobody should.

His government, however, actively boosted racist messaging on immigration, so I can’t help but feel he is at least in part to blame politically for this.

The reason this feels difficult is because I worry this feels a bit like victim blaming, although again I really do want emphasise how much the conservatives have helped boost the far right and racist views.

It affects how easy it is for people in one European country to purchase goods from another European country. It also affects how aligned the regulatory framework of the UK is with the rest of Europe, which impacts the types of goods and services that get made/sold there

It could’ve also been a snap issue (we’ve seen an issue recently with the VSCode Snap eating up storage) and IIRC Firefox on Ubuntu is a Snap (by default, obviously you can install it any other way as well but you shouldn’t be expected to).

I’ve been on Fedora for 3 or so years and it has pretty much worked flawlessly (the only exception to that is it used to sometimes have issues with automatically sleeping correctly when I closed the laptop lid, but that hasn’t been an issue for about a year)

Ah yeah the pixelize feature wasn’t something I even knew about. Personally I use Fossify gallery which is nice but I don’t think it can pixelize
