  • Its obviously wrong, morally, spiritually, emotionally, as a human being.

Says who? Morals and the emotional reaction to this job are subjective, “as a human being” makes no sense at all, and fuck all the way off with your spirituality bullshit.

People are doing it anyway of course. Because a lot of people are broken in this world.

I would assume that they mainly do it because, like most people on earth, they live in capitalist hell and need money to survive. And just like most other professions, they sell their bodies, so what? Sometimes not even that, OF models or cam girls often just sell pictures or videos of their bodies, what makes that job any different than that of models or actors?

If you think its fine, you are missing something inside.

    What would that be?

You are just not capable of understanding why its wrong. Because that part is missing.

Well, I know that the prudishness part in me is missing, and I’m glad it is.

You’re not capable of understanding why it’s not wrong at all. Take your own advice, find that missing part inside of you, whatever the fuck that is.

The Xinjiang Police Files are said to be leaked documents from the Xinjiang internment camps, forwarded to anthropologist Adrian Zenz from an anonymous source.

Adrian Nikolaus Zenz (born 1974) is a German anthropologist known for his studies of the Xinjiang internment camps and persecution of Uyghurs in China. He is a director and senior fellow in China studies at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, an anti-communist think tank established by the US government and based in Washington, DC.

    Yeah… not suspicious at all.

Yes, but it’s part of the definition of a light-year, i.e. the distance light travels in a vacuum within one Julian calendar year. Using a year as reference to the distance light travels within a given timeframe is fairly arbitrary. We could just as well use light-months, or light-decades, or some entirely different timeframe as reference.

“The one who downvoted” didn’t downvote you because they think that Russia is in the right. I did it because you brought up brought up Russia when that wasn’t the topic at all, so no need to show me how horrible Russia acts, I already know.

The devastation in Gaza and Ukraine shows what that future looks like.

This doesn’t even look like they’re supporting Russia in the slightest.

I don’t completely agree with their position either, but if the “arms addiction” is the right move is a valid discussion to have. I’m convinced that Europe as a whole needs quite some investment for defense, but do we need to rely on US-made weapons so much for that, considering that most of theirs are also responsible for what’s happening in Gaza? Wouldn’t most of that money be better spent on research to develop our own alternatives to those systems? And do we really need to invest hundreds of billions of euros for that? How much of that money actually goes towards defense instead of offense? There are a lot of questions like these that we can talk about without distracting with “Russia bad” (which, again, I agree with), and I think this article brought up some good points to think about.
