So you’re intentionally sowing apathy among pro trans voters and thus helping the anti trans republicans win elections.
All because Newsom held a different stance than the Democratic Party?
Make it make sense

Your examples all show the individuals voting against the Democratic Party for Republican legislation.
Meaning the Democratic Party is pro trans, Republican Party is anti trans according to legislation they create.
But you claim the opposite of your examples.
Trying to scapegoat all democrats including trans politicians like McBride that only exist in the Democratic Party.

You’re cherry picking examples of people who voted against the democratic party to blame the entire Democratic Party including McBride of being of not being trans allies.

Your argument is, trans politicians like the democrat mentioned in this post, are not trans allies… because you can cherry pick individuals that voted against the Democratic Party and with the Republican Party for anti trans legislation written solely by republicans.
So blatantly disingenuous.
Your obvious effort to sow apathy among trans voters then blame trans democrats for having to compromise with republicans who then have the majority of votes from lack of pro trans voter turnout.

I’ve pointed out that your examples are a few people voting against the Democratic Party and with the Republican Party to get anti trans legislation.
I’ve pointed out that the Democratic Party has trans politicians.
You reject this reality and repeat Republican talking points.

You trying to cherry pick the handful of democrats that voted against the Democratic Party and use them to sow apathy in pro trans voters is all the evidence I need.
Your opinion is intentionally uninformed and rejects reality for the purpose of doing harm to me and my fellow trans people.

They are Republican shills trying to sow apathy in the trans community to reduce the voter turnout.

Another bad faith argument from a bad actor

211 democrats voted against it. 3 democrats from Texas vote against the Democratic Party by voting with the Republicans.
Republican funded propaganda:
“Both sides are the same”

Your comment is extra disingenuous in this post about a trans democrat stopping anti trans legislation from Republicans.

So you can’t identify questions or answers… got it

The part after that was literally the question. You are pretending to not understand the answer so that you can continue to reject reality.

Republicans: try to exterminate trans people
Democrats: have trans politicians
Fake shill accounts on lemmy:
“Both sides are the same”

Politics absolutely dictates what rights we get. You saying the words “inalienable right” doesn’t actually grant you any rights.
Our rights have to be enforced by society which is dictated by political elections.
38/50 states ratified the Equal Rights Amendment. Primarily blue and purple states. Because again, politics dictates what rights we actually have.

I didn’t make any assumptions of what you were referring to. I asked what you were referring to.
Again, how is your reading comprehension so bad?

Soviet deployments of nuclear missiles in Cuba

Why it is legal to take away people’s rights through outright lies is beyond me.
Because not enough voters showed up to prevent republicans from winning.

According to the Kremlin
Republicans are the nazis in your analogy. You are suggesting we “don’t go to the bar” aka don’t vote against the nazis because “both sides are same” even though all your examples were of Republican legislation.
You are trying to argue on behalf of giving nazis control of the government and letting them take away more trans rights.
