audio cds are not a block format, they are a stream. dd works on block devices, where it can request blocks sequentially from the drive. audio cds can only be positioned by track, and even have to be oversampled to correct for jitter: https://www.cdroller.com/htm/readaudio.html

6·1 month agoyeah, it is a stock play for court: “if the cop didn’t issue a ticket, nothing wrong happened.” you have to have a response, but then, jurors.
against the injured, of course.
most states have a statute that specifically shields cops against liability for instances where they don’t enforce the law. this allows them to let certain people off.
however, the cyclist can still sue for injury. just the insurance co will use the cop’s lack of issuing a ticket against them in court.
that would be great, but they’d have to redo it a bit, so you can peruse the sources to the text it produces from your prompt. I don’t think they store that info, but that would be super awesome.
