Almost everyone I talked to, has seen – and liked –the first part of the last season. The only “ad” I have seen, was a branded D&D book in a lokal (german) TTRPG store.
So your experience may wildly differ, depending on your age, location, social circles, hobbies, usage of ad blockers etc.
To be honest, I like the show very much. I cannot stand contemporary US culture for obvious reasons, but this nostalgic 80s thing is fine. What makes this show a thousand times better than GoT or (as far as I was told) Lost, is that the last season started out as an absolute banger instead of a rage inducing piece of shit. So I booked a ticket for the hype train. Just a few hours to goooooo 🚂

Mint is said to be the perfect beginner friendly distribution. I am not sure, why. Robust and easy to understand package/update manager? If some of my f&f would ask to install them Mint, it absolutely would come with Plasma!
What I get from reading about that scene, it is just one of many examples in that game that was supposed to show how animals are abused on farms by replacing them with humans and letting other people doing „normal“ things to them like marking them with a branding iron or, like in that scene, riding on them. How any sane person reads anything different into that than: this is supposed to show animal abuse really blows my mind.
What makes you think this is a fetish game? It seems to me, the game shows the horrors, animals have to live through on a horse ranch just by replacing the horses with humans. So the people with horse masks are not an object of sexual fantasies but more a symbol of human inability to empathize with animals.
Centrism is not a fixed ideology, it is just the current status quo. Sadly, the graphics are dogshit because they don’t explain what the y-axis means. Is that a value per country or should it be comparable? What is zero? A little bit of racism but worker rights?

My main keyboard came with Cherry MX Brown switches. I found it okay enough to keep it. Then I replaced them with Gateron Baby Kangaroos and those are sooooo much better. I love that keyboard so much now, I don’t need to buy another one anytime, soon.
Cherry made something good but never tried to make it better in any meaningful way for the customer. It is a bit sad but now wonder to see them go this way.
Speaking for every single vegan on the whole world: If you fancy that stuff, go for it. We won’t deny you our universal seal of approval for that.

Ill Met in Lankhmar (1995) by Fritz Leiber in it’s first unabridged german translation from 2004.
It is absurd, how underrated Leiber is up to this day. He was so much better than many of his contemporaries.
Sinners is absolutely worth it. It is not a perfect movie and has a few rough edges in the last third, but apart from that, it was a great ride.
