Yeah you definitely can build a tolerance. I used to think Buldak was pretty spicy (as in so spicy it’s affecting my enjoyment) the first time having it. Now it’s whatever.


I experience this too. I have to go to my communities list to make sure my subscription’s on there (which it almost always is, but I still have to double check).

Sometimes when my boyfriend and I want a spicy cuisine, I’ll do the online ordering because I’m the one with the non-white name. He’s convinced they tone down the spice levels when they see his name on the order.😂


Mmm, you’ve got me craving a garlic bagel now! I’ve been meaning to buy some next at my local bagel shop. I’ve been keen on everything bagels for some time now. Still have a few left in the freezer. I toast my bagels first in a skillet with salted butter, then add a layer of cream cheese on top. Delicious! Give it a try if you haven’t:)


You can tell when you go out to eat at lots of cheaper places. Order a plate with barely any veggies on it. No, an iceberg lettuce with a fatty dressing on it does not count!
