2·1 year agoUtopia (Channel 4) has an impeccable vibe. I’m really sad that we didn’t get more of it because of the drama with rights after Amazon bought them

2·1 year agoOh Galavant, Galavant
It’s the only show where I’ve sat down with multiple people and forced them to watch.
So far it was all success, and everyone loved it. I’ve seen the whole show more times than anything else, and the soundtrack is coming back to my music rotation from time to time.
It’s just a superb production, with great sets, amazing actors, and absolutely bonkers soundtrack.

Gaming@beehaw.org•The First Ever Complete Run of Trackmania's Hardest Map - Deep Dip 2English
3·2 years agoDeep dip 2 is/was an amazing spectator experience. You could see across hundreds of hours how it broke the best players of Trackmania down, one fall at a time.
While I started watching because of Wirtual, I ended up being a Bren fan, his dead pan delivery, and no bullshit approach was just commendable.
Not to mention that it was a huge hit for the community, and Nadeo (developers) I’m sure that they sold a lot of Club Accesses within the last month.
Huge congrats to everyone involved in the project, and to everyone who dipped their toes in the tower waters, both Shallow Dip, and Deep Dip. o7

4·2 years agoI loved the collectathon-like gameplay of the demo. Very cute and fun. I’ll probably pick it up someday, as I already have a lot in my backlog.
I had a hard time figuring out the objective at the beginning, but when it clicked, I had fun. Good job! Can you provide a link to the source code in a comment?

51·2 years agoYou can use AirPods on Android, but you will lose certain basic features, like software updates, equalizer, changing controls, and more. Not to mention that for a long while you would also be stuck with one different cable to charge this one accessory. It all adds up

61·2 years agoThe difference is, if you have an iPhone and want to buy a smartwatch/earbuds you will likely pick Apple made ones, as they are artificially made better than the competition.
While on Android you can pick from a bunch of different companies without any real downsides, and when you want to switch to a different phone (e.g from a Samsung to a Pixel) you won’t need to switch your smartwatch or earbuds.
