Yes, like we went over before, it’s literally OK to use AI if the studios that I support use it to generate things that I like.

His grammarly.ai subscription must have ran out.

What AI does here is allowing small teams to get art done what otherwise would eat up their budget, aka they literally couldn’t afford. No artists were harmed in these cases because if AI didn’t exist they simply wouldn’t have been hired.
That excuse can be used by big publishers as well, no?

Right, so the barrier was that they had to pay for this “outsourced bulk art”, and now with AI they don’t have to. It looks like we are in agreement when I say “I’m glad AI is democratizing the ability for the little guys like you and me to not pay artists for art”?

And little tools like that give studios like this an edge over AAAs. It’s the start of negating their massive manpower advantage.
The implication here is that you can gain manpower without hiring more men, no?

100% agree. I’m glad AI is democratizing the ability for the little guys like you and me to not pay artists for art.
It’s 70,000 claimed clips for a single ad. From Coca-Cola’s official YouTube channel, the AI ad in question:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yy6fByUmPuE
The “behind the scenes” video with the 70,000 statistic:

Donations and ads sweeten the pot a lot. Also you don’t really need to buy media if someone else already made it available for download, and you don’t need to store it if you’re uploading to external hosts. So if you’re running a video game repacker site, and you get all your games from scene releases, you upload all your files to various external file hosts, and you run ads on your site + inject pay per click links, you could probably turn a profit from your hobby.
Even with all the tweaking time in the world I don’t believe you can get a pc set up so that it can reliably and intuitively be operated with just a controller 100% of the time.
The Steam Controller also had a failed attempt in 2015 so I guess that’s also out of the question then?

Turns out that if you want to have similar performance as a non-GC language you use about 3 times as much RAM compared to the non-GC language.
How does this work with respect to your previous comparison with iOS now that the iPhone 17 comes with 8GB RAM? Are you implying that no Android phones will reach performance parity with iPhones until they start shipping with 24GB RAM?
No, not just his methods, unless you agree with shit like this:
Leftists tend to hate anything that has an image of being strong, good and successful. They hate America, they hate Western civilization, they hate white males, they hate rationality. The reasons that leftists give for hating the West, etc. clearly do not correspond with their real motives. They SAY they hate the West because it is warlike, imperialistic, sexist, ethnocentric and so forth, but where these same faults appear in socialist countries or in primitive cultures, the leftist finds excuses for them, or at best he GRUDGINGLY admits that they exist; whereas he ENTHUSIASTICALLY points out (and often greatly exaggerates) these faults where they appear in Western civilization. Thus it is clear that these faults are not the leftist’s real motive for hating America and the West. He hates America and the West because they are strong and successful.

I can’t wait for this to finally come out.

From that article it looks like this is supposed to be a joke and you’re not actually supposed to hold such a position unironically.

Why is it not surprising? Are people with anime profile pics more gullible or ignorant than the average person?

It certainly is a rich tech person’s perspective.

We already have tools to rank titles and if it is AI slop, a low effort copycat game, the ratings will reflect this regardless of the tech that may or may not have been used.
It is not enough for me. I want to know if AI was involved so that I can avoid it even if it is good.
So insane that people have to go back to the primitive workflows of… 2021 🤣
